Christmas goose for at home

Order a crispy goose fresh from the oven, made according to Grandma's recipe, with delicious red cabbage with apples, chestnuts and homemade potato dumplings. For groups of 4 or more, a whole goose can be carved at the table upon request if pre-ordered. We also offer an oat-fed goose ‘to go’ for home delivery in our goose box, which must be pre-ordered. Instructions for heating are included in the box.
