Rooms

If you no longer need your reservation, we would like to ask you to cancel your room at least 7 days before arrival.
In case of non-compliance with the cancellation deadline, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the agreed total room rate. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Conference

Finally, we would like to draw your attention to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which are valid with the conclusion of a booking in the following form.

Reservations made for seminar and banquet rooms as well as cooking courses are binding and can only be cancelled in writing by the guest. In doing so, we reserve the right to:

For conferences, seminars and cooking courses, it is possible to cancel the entire event free of charge up to 4 weeks before the day of the event. Individual rooms (maximum three) at events can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event.

In the event of withdrawal by the guest, the hotel will be used at a later date for hotel rooms, seminars, conferences and cooking classes.

- 4 weeks to 15 days before the start of the event 30 % - from 14 days to 1 day before the start of the event 80 % - on the day of the event 100 % of the lost lump sum will be charged.

We offer conference packages for groups of 10 or more. For groups of less than 10 people, we charge a room rental of 350 € and consumption according to consumption. The conference technology is not included in the room rental and will be charged separately.

In the case of bookings without a flat rate, the loss of revenue is calculated as follows:

50 € x event participant. The €50 was made up of the turnover for conference catering.

The Deidesheimer Hof acts in the name and for the account of the guest in order to procure technical or other equipment from third parties or to book services. The guest is liable for the care and proper return and indemnifies the Deidesheimer Hof from claims. If the number of people is reduced by the guest within 24 hours (1 day) before the date of the event, the cancelled conference packages will be charged.

The prices of our written contract offer apply. All prices are inclusive of the statutory value added tax (VAT) applicable at the time of the event and the service charge (inclusive prices). The term of payment is 8 days from the date of invoice net.

Special services or in-kind services provided by third parties at the time of cancellation may be invoiced to the Client. All previous menu offers will lose their validity with this edition.

If the guest does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or in another EU member state, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is for all disputes arising from this

contract, our place of business. If the guest is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the court with jurisdiction over our place of business.

Terms & Conditions Weddings & Events

Finally, we would like to draw your attention to our terms and conditions, which are valid with the conclusion of a booking in the following form.

Experience has shown that the booking period for weddings at the Hotel Deidesheimer Hof is between 8 and 18 months. Since we assign the booked space exclusively to a couple, our damage is always measured in connection with "date of your cancellation and loss of sales of food". A free cancellation of the event is possible up to 8 months before the day of the event.

In the event of withdrawal by the guest, the

240-180 days before the start of the event 30%
179-120 days before the start of the event 50%
119-60 days before the start of the event 70%
59-30 days before the start of the event 90%
29 days before the start of the event 100% of the agreed flat rate will be charged.

For bookings without a flat rate, the meal turnover is calculated as follows:

Menu price x event participants. If no price has yet been agreed for the menu, a standard 4-course menu at € 75 per person will be used. (Children's meals are excluded from this).

With the conclusion of the event contract, the guest must pay a deposit of 50% of the flat rates or the agreed menu price.

We charge a room rental of 500 € for the following event rooms:

-> Kaminzimmer -> Scheune -> Gartenhaus/Kelterhaus -> Schloßkeller

For free wedding ceremonies we provide you with our event room "Scheune", for this we charge a room rent of 700 € (regardless of weather).

The Deidesheimer Hof acts in the name and for the account of the guest in order to procure technical or other equipment from third parties or to book services. The Guest

is liable for the care and proper return and indemnifies the hotel from claims. All menus are specially prepared for you by our kitchen team.

Please let us know the exact number of people at least 7 days before the date of the event. If the number of people is reduced within 48 hours (2 days) before the date of the event, already prepared menus will be charged.
