This weekend in July we would like to invite you to a gourmet holiday in and around the garden house in our courtyard garden. The summer restauration of our Schwarzer Hahn restaurant takes you on a special trip to the French Atlantic coast.

Saffron Shell Fumé

French fish classics on ice:
Oysters, Lobster, Pulpo, Sepia, Langoustine, Coquilles St. Jacques,
marinated beans, rouille sauce, vinaigrette, salted butter

Small monkfish with pepper sugo, green asparagus and olives

Salt marsh lamb in artichoke base with chanterelles, peas and tomatoes tarragon jus

Iced cider soup with vanilla crème fraîche ice cream and caramel hips
