From 7 November and until Christmas, the beautiful scent of crispy goose will once again waft through our kitchen in the St. Urban restaurant. The St. Martin's goose is the first highlight of the goose season. Then the ovens in our kitchens run hot. Even if it takes some time to prepare, it's worth the effort. For this reason, you should not miss the traditional St. Martin's goose dinner at the Deidesheimer Hof. Enjoy a menu all about the dear poultry in our restaurant Sankt Urban.

Goose nice and tasty. Order a crispy goose fresh from the stovepipe according to grandmother's recipe with delicious red cabbage, chestnuts and homemade potato dumplings. From 4 people, a whole goose can be carved at the table on request after pre-ordering. Also after pre-ordering, we offer an oat fattening goose "To Go" to take home in our goose box. Instructions for heating are included in the box.
