Many myths surround the world's most expensive edible mushroom - the truffle. The search for the black gold is like a treasure hunt. Truffle hunters never reveal where they were found, because good truffles are a rarity and are not called the diamonds of the kitchen for nothing. Our chefs Stefan Neugebauer and Felix Jarzina have also fallen for the truffle fever.
